Have you ever wanted to get into a better and more mindful morning routine? Well, no matter how tiring it may be sometimes, waking up early in the morning is always a good place to start.
Why don't you hear me out:

Trust me, I used to hate mornings as much as the next person. But once I found solid routine that fits me and my needs the best, I have grown to love mornings and early risings. I wanted to share with you some of my top 5 tips that I have found were increased benefits in changing up my morning routine and waking up early.
1. Stress Relief
“Research has concluded that waking up earlier can help reduce stress and positively contribute to mental health.”
Waking up early has been proven through studies to better your decision making skills and to improve your overall focus, which in turn helps to drastically reduce the amount of stress that you may feel throughout a normal day.
Waking up early is a natural stress reliever.
2. Improved Energy Levels
Now, I know that you may think that waking up before the sun rises will just make you more tired as the day goes on, but it is actually quite the opposite.
You will only feel more and more tired and drained of energy the more you let your body fall asleep.
"The more you sleep the lousier you become."
It is also recommended that you stay awake the very first time you wake up from a sleep, for this is when your energy levels will be at their highest in the morning.
3. A Mind and Body Reset
“A good morning means you had slept a good night.”
Waking up early not only helps to regulate your normal sleep schedule, but its also helps to give yourself a 'system reboot.'
Studies have shown that waking up early improves your muscle relaxation, stabilizes your heart rate, and improves your breathing.
Not only does waking up at 5am improve physical aspects, but it helps benefit your mental and psychological aspects as well - waking up early has shown to better your overall mood and to enhance your personality.
4. More Time and Life Balance
It is really a no-brainer to say that you will have more time throughout your day to accomplish things if you wake up early.
Waking up at 5am will allow for your body to have time to adjust to the day and it will give you more time to complete your usual daily tasks, especially those done in the morning.
"By waking up early, you will be unwinding yourself. Instead of running tirelessly after perfect moments, you will strive for a balance."
5. More Solution Oriented
When you wake up early, that is when your problem-solving skills are at their sharpest.
Early rising allows you to have more of an open mind, versus to when you wake up in the later morning. When waking up at 5am, you are able to combat different solutions with more ease and efficiency.
