McCoy's core values within her practices are to expand her creativity, encourage confidence and self-expression, develop her own artistic voice, and explore unique ways of discipline.

McCoy states that both music and dance have helped her to grow immensely as a young adult and have helped her to see the world in a new light. Because of her education in the performing arts, McCoy can apply her knowledge to real-life situations in her future career avenues.
